This 6,000-square-foot house is ready to be a home for its new owner. We’ve featured it a few times before, since it seems to have switched hands a bit over the past few years. In November 2014, it had a carpeted staircase and a dark kitchen and selling for $375K. Last fall, it was back up to $450K. Hmmm. Now it has shiny refinished floors, a new kitchen, a new driveway, and it promises to be finished on August 19. It’s listing for $650,000.
It is quite the monster of a house, with seven bedrooms and five and a half baths. The flooring in the kitchen and throughout the first floor is lovely. Would like to see if they ripped out the carpet on the staircase (they had to). Perhaps we’ll get a few more pictures in the coming weeks?
