Plus a carriage house!

Indian Village saw many houses list and sell this spring and early summer, with many big sales accounted for. Will we see more soon? New to the market is a lovely brick home, built in 1921, and listing for $395,000.

The listing says it has potential, and right now is just a little rough around the edges. It’s 3,600 square feet, with five bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a big Pewabic tile fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has been updated (no back splash, hooray!) and has plenty of storage space. The property also has a three-car garage with carriage house that can be turned into additional living space. Also included: french doors connecting the downstairs living spaces and a big bay window in the living room. Here’s a look inside.
