A couple months ago, we featured this great West Village house, which readers seemed to like quite a bit. We did, too. A move-in ready single-family house in this neighborhood is something we don’t see very often. We figured this one wouldn’t last long, and were right for once. It listed in June for $235,000 and just closed for $268,000.
Built in 1903, this house sits on the corner of Lafayette and Seyburn. They did a great remodel, with nice hardwood floors and some cute charm that’s left. It does only have one bathroom, but what house has everything? This house also has a big fenced yard with room to garden and a great front porch. Let’s take one more look inside.
