Next in New Center, there’s a one bedroom, one bath 700-square-foot apartment. This is in an Albert Kahn-designed building and is close to the Fisher Building and the M-1. It’s also listing for $950 a month.
This 2,100-square-foot house in Bagley has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and it’s newly renovated. It’s listing for $1,000 per month, and it accepts pets.
This one bedroom, one bath upper apartment in West Village is close to shops and restaurants, and biking distance to Belle Isle. It has newer finishes and it’s listing for $800 a month.
And this one bedroom, one bath apartment in Brush Park is newly renovated (so new they haven’t cleaned it up yet). It’s 800 square feet and close to Midtown, downtown, and the arenas. It’s listed for $815 a month.
