We’ve seen varying degrees of Boston Edison homes listed lately, from those that need pretty much everything, to gorgeous move-in ready homes, to full on million dollar mansions. This one could likely use a lot of work. It has five bedrooms, four baths, terrible pictures, and it’s listed for $175,000.
It’s a fairly large home at 3,800 square feet. The listing tells us that there’s pretty great flow to the downstairs, with a big foyer, living room, dining room, butler’s pantry, kitchen, and sun room. Unfortunately, we only have pictures of the living room.
There’s also a partially finished basement and opportunity for the third floor to be turned into a master or in-law suite. The house also has a gate, a garage, and a small backyard. It’s a high price considering some lovely homes have been selling in the $250K range lately. Potential? Of course! But with this one, it seems like the buyer should be prepared for various renovation projects around every corner.
