Move-in ready Boston Edison home asks $180K

New, 7 comments
2435 Edison St. Redfin

This newly renovated home in Boston Edison has some serious charm and an odd quirk or two. If you’re looking for kitchen storage, this might not be the place for you. But if you’re looking for a clean, updated, move-in ready house in a historic district for under $200K, this is a good deal. It sold in May for $90,000 and after a summer flip, is back on the market for $179,900.

The house was built in 1919 and has over 2,400 square feet of living space. The house does have some great features, like the dark hardwood floors, beautiful windows, and french doors. The kitchen has decent counter space, but very few cabinets. The house has four bedrooms and two and a half baths, including a finished third floor with bathroom. The house is located on Edison toward the Linwood end of Boston Edison. Tell us what you think, Curbed readers.
