Back in March, we showed you some pictures from the early stages of the Scott at Brush Park, the $65 million, 200,000-square-foot, five story mixed-use development on Woodward and Erskine. The project is on schedule and slated to open for residents December 1. The ground floor retail space will be ready at a later date, but at least one restaurant has signed a lease. We recently took a tour of a few of the apartments with Richard Broder and the leasing team in this high-end development.

The units all have added storage space in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Each apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit and an island in the kitchen. The apartments have an open floor plan, with details such as modern sliding barn doors for the bedrooms. The counter tops in the kitchen are granite and quartz in the bathrooms. The windows add quite a bit of light to the spaces, and each apartment has a private balcony.

The studios have all been rented and many of the three-bedrooms were already leased when we spoke to them. Rents will range from $949 a month for a studio to $2,893 a month for a three-bedroom.

And of course, some of the big selling points here, besides the location, are the high-end amenities coming. The second floor community deck, seen above, will have a large pool, a terrace, a kitchen with a lounge and fireplace, and community green space. The lobby will have an art gallery, and residents will have access to a pet grooming station, bike repair station, and private underground parking. Here’s a look inside as they move closer to their grand opening.
