This loft on Broadway gives you 1,500 square feet of space downtown, on the same block as the Belt Alley. You can walk or bike anywhere downtown from here. It has two bedrooms, exposed brick, and it’s $2,100 a month.
This newly renovated house in Midtown is almost ready for tenants. It has big windows, Rocket Fiber internet, and tenant has to pay for electric and gas. It’s close to Wayne State and a couple blocks from the M-1 rail. The one bedroom, one bath unit is renting for $1,950 a month.
