It’s been a couple months since we’ve seen a Mies van der Rohe townhouse hit the market, although we’ve certainly seen a lot of them sell lately. This co-op new to the market is the standard 1,400 square feet, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a seriously upgraded kitchen and it’s listing for $425,000.

This one is certainly decorated differently than we normally see, but the upgrades are pretty spectacular. One of the bathrooms has marble flooring and shower. The kitchen, which as with any Mies unit is a galley style, has black granite counters, a floor-to-ceiling pantry, and ribbed glass cabinets. The HOA fees are $744 per month but include master mortgage, insurance, grounds, building maintenance, taxes, and private security.
