Calling all urban farmers!

This might not be the most interesting house architecturally we’ve featured, but it could be a good move-in ready choice that’s close to lots of restaurants. Also, the house, built in 2006, is located on a double lot that’s entirely fenced in. It’s located a block off of West Vernor, near 96/75 right in Mexicantown. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and a short bike ride to Corktown, downtown, and the riverfront. The price? $132,500.

The house has three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a small kitchen. Nothing fancy to see here, folks, but that lot size could be a great draw for the right person. And hey, free windmill! And since the house is a newer build, it might not have some of the issues that come with a older house.

The price puts it at $84 per square foot. Considering location, size, and lot, take a look around and tell us what you think, Curbed readers.
