Not even a month and a half ago, we showed you a huge University District renovation that many neighbors had been watching last year. That didn’t take long. This 3,800-square-foot completely redone home listed on November 30 for $380,000 and just sold for $375,000.

Victoria Mona from Keller Williams says they had nearly a full price offer within a week of having it on the market. She says that the open houses were well-attended and they still had interest in the house this week.

It’s a beautiful renovation, with white oak floors, new kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficient heating and water tank, and 50 new windows. The house also had incredible original details, as seen in the pictures below. It’s great for the neighborhood; another house has recently garnered nearly $100 per square foot. We see a lot of flips in this neighborhood, but this one stood out from the rest. Here’s another look inside.
