One development we’re keeping an eye on this year is the Coe at West Village, which will have eight walk-up row-houses along Coe, street-level retail spaces along Van Dyke, and four residential apartments above the retail shops. While shovels are currently in the ground at the construction site, we have a sneak peek at what the interior should look like in these new buildings.

The development was officially announced in October. The land has been long vacant, and it’s right in the middle of a thriving West Village. The development is being led by Woodborn Partners and Invest Detroit. The property will be managed by Broder & Sachse Real Estate. Sachse Construction is the construction manager on the project and Christian Hurttiene Architects is the architect of record.
More information can be found at their new website. As for prices, townhouses should run $2,100 per month while the apartments above the retail space will run between $936 and $1479.
