Last week, we saw a small renovated home in East English Village list for $160,000, which some readers thought was pushing the price in the desirable neighborhood. This week, we have a slightly larger, not-as-renovated home for sale. It has great curb appeal and plenty of charm. It’s listing for $169,000, or $117 per square foot.

This three-bedroom brick house has hardwood floors in the living areas downstairs, an almost country style in the kitchen, wood paneling, coved ceilings, archways connecting many of the rooms, wallpaper, and some carpeting in the bedrooms. You’ll also find original tiling in the bathrooms. The dining room has doorways leading to the landscaped backyard. The basement has a cute living space with a fireplace, and and the property includes a two-car garage. It’s located in the Curbed Cup Neighborhood of the Year 2016, close to Mack Avenue and East Outer Drive.
