We love a room with a view, and this recently updated penthouse on Glynn Court has citywide views. From the seventh floor unit and terrace, you can see the Fisher Building clearly, with the Ren Center in the background. Turn slightly and you can see the Ambassador Bridge. From the terrace, a glorious view of the nearby Cathedral. Looking north, we could see the fall colors on full display.

The penthouse sits atop the Glynnwood, right outside of Boston-Edison. The building has 83 apartments that have recently been renovated. The owner is currently deciding what to do with this fantastic penthouse, which is approximately 1,800 square feet inside and 1,600 square feet outside, with two bedrooms, two baths, a study, a beautiful kitchen, and a Pewabic tiled fireplace. Parking is available behind the building and an elevator opens into the unit.

We’ve seen plenty of rental listings in Midtown and downtown with great views. What might you charge for your own private floor overlooking the city, Curbed readers? The price hasn’t been set yet. Here’s a look around.
