We love a good loft, especially one with a view. Four lofts at E & B Brewery Lofts in Eastern Market are coming up for rent in the next couple months. They were finished in 2014 and they have a lot of space, an industrial vibe, central air, and prices (per square foot) slightly less than what you’ll find downtown.

First is the big one: Loft 602 faces downtown and has two bedrooms and one bathroom over 1,750 square feet. It also has a washer and dryer and central air. The price? $2,325 per month, with half off the first month with a six-month lease.

Loft 500 has a spiral staircase, one bathroom, windows facing the river and downtown, plus a 1,000-square-foot private patio. This 1,200-square-foot space is renting for $2,150 a month.

Loft 604 is 1,400 square feet, with loft with two bedrooms, one bathroom, terrazzo flooring, and east and north-facing windows. This one runs $1,800 per month.

And in mid-January, Loft 304 will be available with 900 square feet, one bedroom, and one bathroom. finished/premium 1 bedroom loft with 1 full bathroom. It also has a washer and dryer, central air, and skyline views. It’s running for $1,440 per month.

They’re available through E & B Brewery Lofts at 313.831.3346. Here’s a look around.
