This year, we’ve seen home prices rise in the winning neighborhood of last year’s Curbed Cup, East English Village. (FYI, it’s almost time for this year’s Curbed Cup.) We’ve also seen prices start to increase in the areas surrounding the east side neighborhood, including Morningside. This four-bedroom house is located on Audubon Road, just west of the EEV border. It almost looks like every room belongs in a different decade. The price? It’s looking to snag $190,000.

The house has nice hardwood floors, and the listing states it has a newer roof and furnace. We spot a den covered in wallpaper, a dining room with wainscoting and a chandelier, a breakfast nook, and a kitchen with newer appliances and updates. The living room has a big fireplace, and the listing states that the house has a finished basement and two-car garage. It seems like some cosmetic improvements could make a big difference here.
