Here’s a three bedroom, one bath home in Minock Park, near Rosedale Park and Old Redford in northwest Detroit. It has hardwood floors, a big porch, and it sits on a double lot. It’s renting for $1,050 per month.
This charming East English Village home has character, hardwood floors, three bedrooms, and one and a half baths. It also has a garage, basement, and backyard. It’s located on the northern end of EEV, and it’s close to Grosse Pointe and I-94. It rents for $1,050 per month.
This two bedroom, one bath apartment is located at Wayne State in Midtown. It’s a little smaller than the rest and has shared laundry and allows cats. It’s close to the College for Creative Studies, the museums, the Detroit Medical Center, and the Qline. It rents for $1,200 per month, plus cooking gas and electric.
If you’re looking to live downtown, City Club Apartments has a one bedroom, one bath, 650-square-foot apartment in our price range. Amenities include a fitness room, a pool, and a parking garage. Cats and small dogs are allowed. It rents for $1,195 per month.
