This townhouse may not be the most interesting on the outside, but inside, you’ll find a pretty, light condo. This along with three other units were built in 2006; more were supposed to be built and foundations were even poured, but they never made it. Word is that more could be built soon. They’re located at Trumbull and West Canfield, and this one is listing for $275,000.

This 1,772-square-foot townhouse has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, oak floors, a stylish kitchen with subway tile and butcher block counter tops, and an open living space. HOA fees are $200 a month, and townhouses have attached garage parking. They’re just a few blocks away from Wayne State University, close to restaurants in Midtown, and just down the street from New Center. At $155 per square foot, it’s a lower buy-in price than condos and lofts in nearby neighborhoods, but still in a centralized location. It’s listed through Brandon Lee at O’Connor Real Estate.
