Single-family homes that go up for sale in West Village don’t seem to last long on the market. Oddly enough, some duplexes or multi-family homes in the area have been on the market for quite a while. It’s a block over from the Coe Development, which has broken ground and will add more living options to the dense neighborhood. It’s located on Saint Paul, a block away from the shops and restaurants along Agnes Street and a block away from the shops and restaurants on Kercheval.
