Office building with views of the Fisher Building lists for $775K

Many have been talking about the need for more office space in the city lately, so we’re on the lookout for interesting properties where businesses can set up. Case in point, here’s an office building on Holden Street right next to the Fourth Street neighborhood. STEM had been using the building for years, but a shift in their organization has prompted them to move to smaller headquarters.
