Welcome to Islandview in 2017. The house just sold for $70,000.

It’s located on Field Street near Kercheval, close to a new brewery that’s in the works. This house could be a knockout in the right hands, and we hope the new owner keeps us up to date on the renovations. Here’s what they have to work with.
