A glass block window paradise

Zillow

Last week, we showed you one of the pricier rental listings in the city, a centrally located two bedroom apartment in the David Whitney Building. Let’s say you still have over $2,000 you want to spend on rent a month, but you don’t want to be downtown. No worries. There’s loft space available in Corktown.

This two bedroom, two bath loft is located right off Michigan Avenue, near Two James, the dog park, and Roosevelt Park. It’s also right across from Katoi, who many businesses have rallied behind since a devastating fire last month.

The loft is in a building that also has downstairs commercial space for rent and so many glass block windows we don’t even know where to start. Inside, it’s fairly spacious, with exposed beams and bricks and that lofty industrial vibe. It’s 1,400 square feet and did we mention it’s right by the dog park? It’s a selling point, for sure.
