Time to see what the springtime loft market could be like in Detroit. This new listing in the Canfield Lofts is pushing the price per square foot into Book Cadillac territory. At 793 square feet, it’s asking $329,000, or $415 per square foot.

We’ve seen other units in the Canfield Lofts go between $300-350 per square foot in this past year. Are we seeing higher demand? There aren’t too many listings for loft space in Midtown right now.
