We’ve certainly seen some interesting listings in Islandview this year and with the added development on the way, we’re sure to see more soon. This new listing has quite the up-and-down past, selling for $145,000 in 2008 and $24,000 last October. Now it’s back, updated, and listing for $179,900.

The house is located on the corner of Agnes and Helen Street, just west of East Grand Boulevard. It’s pretty close to the development along the Boulevard that will be happening in the next few years. It’s also just down the street from Belle Isle. A quick bike ride down Agnes gets you to West Village. It has three bedrooms, two baths, and a completely renovated kitchen. The house has carpeting in the downstairs living areas, an unfinished basement, and garage. Let us know what you think, Curbed readers. Are they aiming too high?
