4,000 square feet!

Last summer, we toured the in-progress renovation of the Franklin Lofts, a building once home to Dongan Electric in the East Riverfront warehouse district. Detroit Denim currently calls the building home, as well as CAM (Collaborative Advantage Marketing). On the second floor, the space is being converted into lofts. While the smaller lofts are currently under construction, the big one is now for sale and it’s listing for $1,400,000.

They went all out on this 4,000-square-foot, three bedroom loft. The finishes include reclaimed hardwood floors, travertine marble and tumbled French porcelain for the bathroom floors, California Closets, two washer & dryers and walk-in closets, and Berloni cabinets in the kitchen. The master bath has a soaking tub, rainfall shower, and steam room. There’s also technology hook-ups including stereo system, Apple TV, and fingerprint readers for security. Also, the private patio is 2,400 square feet, with views of downtown. J. Lambrecht of Lambrecht Realty tells us that the unit is also available for lease for $7,500 a month and the seller would also consider a land contract. Here’s your latest million dollar listing in Detroit.
