A few streets away also in Rosedale Park we have a three bedroom, one and a half bath house with charming curb appeal. The kitchen has a breakfast nook with lots of light and the house has plenty of hardwood floors. It’s a little bigger at nearly 2,000 square feet and listing for $150,000.

Here’s a house available in our price range in Boston Edison. It’s a four bedroom house that the listing says is being sold “as is,” so you might find a few projects around it. It’s located near Voigt Park and listing for $129,900.
