↑ Also for $1,000 a month, you can live underground in Brush Park. At 1,000 square feet, this garden-level apartment is actually a lot of room for this location — it just doesn’t have a lot of light. The location is close to downtown, Midtown, and the stadiums, and the unit has a washer and dryer included. The rent includes everything: cable, electric, security, trash, etc.

↑ In Midtown, Finn Apartments on Selden has studios available also around $900 per month. These are pretty small (under 500 square feet) with hardwood floors and laundry in the building. They’re walkable to everything Midtown and close to the QLINE.
