Photos: New murals brighten up small businesses across Detroit

New, 1 comment

The Small Business Murals Project — a collaboration between Quicken Loans and 1xRUN — finished up on Monday, bringing six new murals to small businesses throughout the city.

The artists worked with each business to create a mural reflective of the business and the artist’s personal style. Each business was a graduate of local entrepreneurial training and development programs, such as BUILD Institute, Lifeline, and ProsperUs. The murals went up in a matter of days, some with the help of volunteers from Quicken.

Here’s a look at the murals, artists, and where you can find the businesses around the city.
