We love the University District for its beautiful old houses, but sometimes we notice a lot of similarities in the designs. Not for this one. Outside, this house has incredible curb appeal, a gorgeous brick exterior, and beautiful landscaping. Inside, you’ll find a little bit of everything. This house is priced considerably lower than other houses we’ve seen recently in the neighborhood. At 2,259 square feet, it’s listing for $192,500.

There’s a lot to like about this house, and possibly many rooms or style choices a new owner might change. The kitchen seems very small compared to the rest of the house, and it almost looks like it belongs in a cabin. In fact, a few rooms look like they belong in a cabin. Do you have a library of books? There’s room for them here. It has three bedrooms, one and a half baths, a sun room/covered porch, a lot of wallpaper, a breakfast nook, and a wild backyard. It’s listed through Karl Beuckelaere at Century 21 Curran & Christie.
