This week, we’re taking a look at some homes that we saw listed last year that have finally sold. Our roundup is taking us to the Mies van der Rohe co-ops, Ferry Street, Woodward Village, and Brush Park. Is there a house you’re keeping an eye on? Drop us a note in the comments.

↑ This sharp Mies van der Rohe co-op listed last fall for $359,900 after a very busy spring and summer in the idyllic neighborhood. This particular unit was simple, elegant, and beautifully decorated. It took a while, but it finally just sold for $362,000.

↑ We’re watching to see what condos are going for per square foot, and Brush Park is one of the hottest neighborhoods for condos right now. These Garden Lofts are located just a block away from the Little Caesars Arena and just across 75 from Comerica Park. This one bedroom, one bath listed for $299,900 and just sold for $268,000, or $329 per square foot.

↑ This adorable condo listed last summer on Ferry Street. It’s over 1,500 square feet, with cute nooks and corners and an unusual kitchen. It listed for $319,000 and just sold for $300,000, or appx. $200 per square foot.
↑ We saw this Woodward Village fixer upper a few times and it’s not for the faint of heart. It needed a substantial investment to bring it back, but the 1895 house still had some character left. It listed for $35,000 last year, then dropped down to $28,500. It just sold for $28,500.
