West Village gem lists for $385K

This house is like a familiar friend at this point. In February of 2016, it listed as a fixer-upper with so much potential, and sold for $145,000. Then we saw it listed again this past winter, looking a little shinier and searching for a renter. Now it’s back on the market and the price has gone up substantially. We’ve seen a lot of homes listed and sold in neighboring Islandview this year, and many mansions listed in Indian Village, but few single-family homes in West Village. It’s now up for $385,000.

The house is located on Seyburn between Kercheval and St. Paul Street. The house has lovely woodwork downstairs, including built-ins surrounding a fireplace. We’re still unsure of what the kitchen might look like here. The house has four bedrooms, one full and one half bath, great curb appeal, and fairly odd staging.
