Here’s what $60K can buy you in Detroit right now

In this week’s Curbed Comparisons, we’re looking around to see what a solid $60,000 can buy you in the city of Detroit. This three bedroom, two bath home is located in Springwells. It’s over 100 years old but has been renovated recently. It has some interesting carpet in the living room. It’s listing for $59,900.

18631 Santa Rosa

This cute four bedroom Tudor in Bagley could use some care and attention, but if you have a $60,000, you’ll have room for it. It’s located near Livernois and Seven Mile and it’s listing for just $39,500.
