Prices in West Village are starting to creep up this summer. We haven’t seen too many listings in the neighborhood this year. But earlier this week, a single-family house went on the market for $385K. We now have a 3,000-square-foot row house that’s listing for $349,995.

It’s roomy, with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, built-ins, a library, and an odd basement. There’s also a patio and garden out back. The interior is nothing too fancy, but it has hardwood floors throughout the living spaces and bedrooms and has a homey feel to it. The kitchen is functional, but maybe a little dated. It’s located on St. Paul, right between Kercheval and Agnes off of Van Dyke. It’s close to shops and restaurants in West Village, walking or biking distance to Belle Isle, and about three miles from downtown. The home is listed through Joy Santiago at Dwellings Unlimited.
