Is this a million dollar renovation?

We’ve seen this Corktown loft a few times here on Curbed. It listed in early 2016 for $700K, then dropped its price, eventually selling last year for $625,000 cash. Yes, cash. The owners bought it as a second home, and put several hundred thousand dollars into the renovation. They found a different home in the city, and now it’s back on the market for a much larger price tag. It’s now listing for $1,595,000.

The loft takes up the entire fourth floor of the 6th Street Lofts. It spans a massive 6,000 square feet, with three bedrooms and three baths. It’s a gallery-like space that’s been customized in the past with tile inlays in the flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been upgraded, and yes, there’s “A steam shower with city views.” The master suite has a walk-in closet plus a huge bathroom with a wet bar, wine refrigerator, and dishwasher for glassware, in case you’re a fan of drinking champagne in the tub. The whole aesthetic is very glam industrial, and we’re curious who might snag this one. It’s listed through Todd Sykes at the Loft Warehouse.
