This week, we’re seeing many good properties list around the city between $100,000-$125,000. Which house and which neighborhood would you choose? Vote below.
And if you see a good house come up, send us a note on the tip line.
This three bedroom, one and a half bath Islandview home could use some updating, for sure, but it’s not in terrible shape. It’s just over 1,500 square feet and it’s located near Belle Isle and West Village. Islandview has been hot this year, and this house is listing for a solid $125,000.
This three bedroom, one and a half bath single-family home is located in Martin Park, near University of Detroit Mercy, Marygrove College, and the Avenue of Fashion. It has hardwood floors, recent updates, a garage, and a backyard. It’s listing for $120,000.
We’ll be honest, this University District listing is a little bizarre. It looks like they’re stopping midway renovation, so the new owner has to be willing to take that on. That said, it’s nearly 2,000 square feet in the University District sitting on a corner double lot. The three bedroom, two and a half bath home is listing for $108,000.
And this last listing is a nice looking house on Taylor Street, just off Woodward and a few streets south of Boston-Edison. This house is over 2,700 square feet with four bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a big front porch. It’s listing for $114,900.
