Update: The house originally listed for $409,900 and is now down to $399,900.

Prices are definitely starting to creep up in the University District. After some homes sold in the high $300Ks late last year, we’ve seen prices on the rise. Last week, this restored five-bedroom Tudor listed for $489K. Here we have another five bedroom Tudor that’s actually changed hands quite a few times over the past few years with different investors, and renovated in 2015. The 3,200-square-foot home on a corner lot is listing for $409,900 $399,900.

We don’t get to say this enough, but this yard is a huge selling point (for someone willing to do the maintenance). There’s also a covered porch, garden, and garage. Original details inside the house remain, like the refinished floors, wood paneled den, french doors, bay windows, and a fireplace. The third floor has its own suite. The kitchen is spacious, but also where you can see maybe not the best choice for a design. Also included are a breakfast nook, renovated bathrooms, and a big dining room. It’s listed through Drew Mahar with Jim Shaffer and Associates, Keller Williams.
