Last summer, we asked which street in Detroit was the most beautiful. Pallister Street, a pedestrian-only, tree-lined block, beat out Ferry Street, West Canfield, and more. The street has a combination of historic homes and greenery—an oasis in a city of traffic. We rarely see homes go up for sale on this street, and this one’s a beauty. The three bedroom, two bath home is listing for $315,000.

The house is 1,838 square feet, with hardwood floors, gorgeous wood trim, a handsome fireplace in the living room, and big windows. Outside, there’s a landscaped backyard with a two-car garage (alley access), and out front there’s a big porch. It’s located just a few blocks up from the Fisher Building and Woodward Avenue, next to Pallister Park. It’s close to Henry Ford Hospital, Wayne State, and the Lodge. It’s listed through Jan Dijkers of the Loft Warehouse.
