$1,200 a month will get you this studio in Midtown. It has high ceilings, big windows, and its located near Wayne State and the museums. Gated parking is available for $60 extra, but you might not even need a car here. It’s located along the QLINE, near shops and restaurants.
For $1,200 a month, this North End apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and so much exposed brick. It also has A/C, gated parking, and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Tenant is responsible for utilities. It’s located just off Woodward, south of Arden Park and Boston-Edison.
And for $1,200 per month, this 665-square-foot one bedroom, one bath apartment is available at River Place. This apartment has a washer and dryer in unit, parking, a fitness center available, and it’s located right off the Riverwalk.
