It’s pretty rare that we see move-in ready places anywhere close to downtown list for under $100K. We’ve seen a wide range of listing prices in the high-rise 1300 East Lafayette lately, while many Mies van der Rohe co-ops in Lafayette Park have listed and sold between $300-500K over the past couple years. Earlier this year, we saw a renovated midcentury modern co-op at the neighboring Cherboneau Place list for $74,900, then sell for $76,000. This new listing has also been smartly renovated to reflect its midcentury modern character, and it’s listing for $84,900.
