In East English Village, a brick Tudor asks $75K

New, 2 comments

Sometimes, we see a listing and feel that it probably won’t last long. This is one of those. Located in East English Village (yes, the Curbed Cup neighborhood of the year for 2017), this 1,200-square-foot brick Tudor is super cute and move-in ready. The price? Only $75,000.

Judging by the freshly painted walls, we’re wondering if there’s a UofM fan in the house or if there was a sale on butter yellow paint that we missed. Either way, the house has some charming original features (coved ceilings, archways, a fireplace), with newer upgrades. It has three bedrooms, one bath, a formal dining room, and a basement for storage or possibly additional living space. In the back, you’ll find a decent-sized yard and a garage. It’s located near shops and restaurants in Grosse Pointe, and it’s within a very close-knit neighborhood with an active neighborhood group. It’s listed through Keller Williams.
