This week, we’re taking a look at four homes available in Detroit right now for under $100,000. From a single-family home in East English Village, to a co-op in Lafayette Park, to a condo in New Center, here’s what $80,000 can buy right now, give or take $10,000.
The first is a one bedroom, one bath condo in Gramont Manor in New Center. We’ve seen a few condos sell in this price range lately, and this one comes with added perks. The new owner will get a one year Qline pass, MoGo pass, DDOT GoPass and membership to MoCAD (cat not included). It’s located a few blocks from the Fisher Building and right off Woodward, close to the final QLINE stop. It’s listed for $85,000.
This three bedroom, one and a half bath recently renovated home is located near 8 Mile and the Lodge, off of Pembroke. It’s a cute move-in ready house that also has a fenced backyard, a new roof, and a new kitchen. It’s listed for $74,900.
We saw this adorable East English Village home recently, and it fits in with our price range. It has three bedrooms, one bath, a new kitchen, and lovely original details. It’s located near Grosse Pointe, and it’s listing for $75,000.
Also featured recently, this two bedroom, one bath condo is located in Lafayette Park, near downtown, Eastern Market, and the Riverfront. It’s recently been renovated and has a midcentury modern vibe, and it’s listing for $84,900.
