The Gold Coast has a few high end options for those looking for condos in the city. Earlier this spring, we saw some listings at the Detroit Towers, which has a high level of service with a high HOA fee—$2,500 per month. Next door, Indian Village Manor also has some classic options with a price tag that’s a bit lower. We followed a restoration of one of the condos last year, and have seen a few listings since. The 1921 building has units that are about 2,500 square feet, with no walls that touch other units. This new listing has three bedrooms, three baths, and 2,380 square feet for $295,000.

The living area here has a fireplace and a long sightline through the unit; it looks like they’re using a room right off the living room as a bedroom currently. The kitchen is a colorful galley style. The unit also has two assigned spaces and a storage unit. The HOA here is still high—$1,087—and covers utilities, security, and amenities. The building has a fitness room and its own park along the river.
