Approximately an hour away from Detroit, homebuyers will discover this nearly 175-year-old single-family home in Bruce Township, Michigan, now on the market for $374,900. Over the past 25 years, the home has been restored with an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and amenities like heated marble flooring in one of the bathrooms.

There are multiple fireplaces throughout, including one in the master suite and one in the family room. According to the listing, there is additional storage behind the parking garage, thanks to an approximately 70-by-30-foot former dairy barn. The listing also offers three acres of land, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

While the plaque on the home says it was built in 1860, it has been confirmed that the home was actually constructed in 1844.
