The last time this Boston-Edison house sold was in November 2005 for $310,000. When it landed on the market in July of this year, its price escalated all the way up to $1.5 million. Since then, the price has slowly lowered down to the current ask of $1.05 million, and Curbed wants to ask is this the right price?

The property offers seven bedrooms and four bathrooms across approximately 4,500 square feet of space. Nearly half an acre of land is included. The home, known as the “Majectic [sic] Rackeam Estate,” according to the listing, offers crown molding, three fireplaces, and a separate carriage house with a full kitchen. There is also a three-car garage and an electric gate included.

According to Redfin, the median listing price for the ZIP code, 48202, is $198,500. This home currently stands as the most expensive home in the ZIP code with the second-highest priced home asking $799,000.
