Living in a geodesic dome just got a little more affordable. In June 2017, the Geodesic Domes near Michigan Central Station in Mexicantown landed on the market for $399,000. Now, one of them has relisted for $229,000.

This unique property comes with one bedroom and one bathroom across 4,000 square feet of space. According to the listing, this residence also offers a garage. The site is zoned for both residential and commercial uses.

Leo Gillis, Jack White’s brother, constructed the oh-so-recognizable structures around the year 2000. In 2012, he sold them to the development team behind 2051 Rosa Parks: Angel Gambino and Scott Griffin. There were plans to redevelop the structures into an event space, but those plans fell through.
