North Rosedale Park castle seeks $200K

Some houses look like they’ve had the same aesthetic for years. We feel that this could be true for this odd listing in North Rosedale Park. The house was built in the early 1950s and it looks like, aside from a couple bathroom vanities, it hasn’t changed at all since then. But if you’re in the market for a castle within the city, this could be your lucky day. This 2,400-square-foot home is listing for $199,900.

If you’re into mint green tiling in bathrooms, this house has it. Or if you’re into newer bathroom updates that don’t really match, this house has it as well. There’s a spiraling staircase, odd curvature to the walls, and a wet bar, of course. The listing has five bedrooms and two full and two half baths. We can definitely see the potential, but this has to be one of the more unusual houses we’ve seen lately. Another selling point:iIt sits on a pretty big lot in a cool neighborhood. What do you think?
