One neighborhood where it’s been interesting to watch the real estate market in recent years is New Center. We’ve seen a lot more development activity happen in this area, with renovations happening to storefronts and buildings along Woodward and Grand Boulevard, a restoration of the Fisher Building underway, the Pistons building a practice facility nearby, and Third & Grand bringing more apartments to the area.
