How much for a two-bedroom New Center townhouse?

One neighborhood where it’s been interesting to watch the real estate market in recent years is New Center. We’ve seen a lot more development activity happen in this area, with renovations happening to storefronts and buildings along Woodward and Grand Boulevard, a restoration of the Fisher Building underway, the Pistons building a practice facility nearby, and Third & Grand bringing more apartments to the area. We’ve seen a lovely home on Pallister sell recently, along with a few large houses on the neighboring Virginia Park Street.

So here we have a 1998-built, two bedroom townhouse also located on Pallister (not on the pedestrian-only portion). It’s nothing fancy, but it’s clean, updated, move-in ready, and has an attached garage. It’s nearly 3,000 square feet over three levels. Seems like they could have gotten another bedroom in there with that kind of space. It’s located near the Lodge, Henry Ford Hospital, CCS, and the Fisher Building. The price? $297,000, plus $265 in monthly HOA fees.
