It’s been a few months since we’ve seen a big listing in Indian Village, and this new one has some classic, stylish highlights. Designed by Donaldson & Meier in 1914, this six bedroom house has many original details and a lot of space to spread out. It’s listed for a solid $600,000.

We’re loving the variety of built-ins around the house, from the bookcases in the living room to the storage upstairs. The house also has four fireplaces, including one in the lovely bright dining room. The kitchen is fairly unusual, with a ton of storage and a big island in the middle; the bars on the windows might be a turnoff, though. You’ll also find a sun room, a screened-in porch overlooking the large backyard, and hardwood floors throughout. It sits on a large corner lot at Burns and East Vernor Highway and it’s listed through O’Connor Real Estate.
