This newly-flipped home now listed in East English Village has us wondering if we missed a sale on barn doors. The style is quite different compared to many renovations in the city—the listing calls it “rustic modern.” And yes, the house is located in the Curbed Cup champion neighborhood for the second year in a row. It’s 1,864 square feet and priced at $189,900.

It’s pretty much all been redone inside and outside. The house has new bold paint colors outside, plus a new deck and rehabbed garage. Inside, find new paint, flooring, fixtures, cabinets—the works. The house has two fireplaces, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a master suite full of barn doors. If we were going to compare it to another, this house also on Harvard Road also had a modern renovation, but it’s still sitting on the market (it was originally priced at $230K and now down to $195K). This new listing is through Anthony Venturini at O’Connor Real Estate.
