In 2017, Indian Village was kind of quiet in terms of real estate. We saw a few big houses sell in the $500-700K range; might we see more activity in 2018? This new listing is going big in its price, and it offers a move-in ready, recently updated, traditional home. It comes in at 5,200 square feet, and it’s asking $849,000.

While we’re not big fans of butter yellow paint or busy back splash, the six bedroom home has large rooms, a lot of space, and plenty of ways for a new owner to make it their own. The kitchen is recently remodeled and quite spacious. Many of the bathrooms have been updated with new finishes. The living room is huge and has french doors connecting it to the neighboring rooms, plus a fireplace. Also included is a three-season room (we’re likely in the excluded season), and a large garage that has an apartment (to be updated). All around, it’s a nice house, but we’re thinking it’s a little lofty in its ask. Have a look.
